Rick Richardson owner of Arbutus Home Inspections Inc. is a Licensed Home Inspector with over 25 years’ combined experience in high and low rise, residential and commercial construction, home renovation and home inspections.
Rick has completed the Carson Dunlop & Associates Accredited Home Inspection Training through Douglas College and is provincially licensed by Consumer Protection BC #56261. He is an accredited member of the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC).
Rick is active in ongoing professional development through local industry seminars and is a graduate of the Project Management Course from Sauder School of Business (UBC) and has completed Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial Building Inspection Course.
